Did You Know
Black men have higher death rates than women for
all leading causes of death. 23% of black men 18 years of age &
over smoke cigarettes. 40% of black men 20 years of age & over have
hypertension. 40% of black men die prematurely from heart disease
as compared to 21% of white men.
Today, I speak with two Doctors who work on the
front lines in healthcare to discuss these disparities, and what we
need to do to address them.
