Over the past couple of weeks meeting with my clients, there has been a common theme that keeps coming up. That theme is the idea of worthiness, or what we would call many times is Imposter Syndrome.
Most of us experience feelings of doubt and unworthiness at some point in our lives, but when our accomplishments are result of our own knowledge, hard work and preparation and we still feel inadequate or unworthy we're probably suffering from imposter syndrome.
