According to a Gallup poll in 2015, less than a third of U.S. employees were engaged with their jobs.  In others words, less than of third of the work force in America really are indifferent or do not like the work they are doing.

Interesting enough, when I was working a traditional 9 to 5 job, I was one those statistics.  College educated, with both a bachelors and masters degree, but I never really felt like I was in the right place.  

Why is this so?  I believe it is due to the fact that many people are not doing work they are innately passionate about.  Additionally, they are not connected to their own sense of purpose in life, which should inform them of the type of work they should be doing.
